Job Summary
PT Home Health Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at Interim HealthCare - this role you will provide high-quality therapeutic care to patients in Berwick ME helping them regain mobility and improve their quality of life through tailored treatment plans.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients physical conditions and functional abilities.
- Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs.
- Monitor and document patients progress and adjust treatments as needed.
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and preventive care.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
Requirements
- Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Maine.
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Strong clinical reasoning and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassionate approach to patient care.
- Experience in home health or outpatient therapy preferred.
