Area Human Resources Director
As an Area Human Resources Director you will support daily human resources operations including recruitment onboarding employee relations benefits administration and compliance with company policies and employment laws. Youll serve as a resource for team members and leadership helping to foster a positive and productive work environment. This role reports to the Director of Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- You will be the go-to resource for our hotels employees ensuring their needs are met and fostering a positive work environment.
- Your daily tasks will include assisting with recruitment employee relations benefits administration and maintaining HR records.
- You will report to the General Manager.
- A career as an HR generalist can lead to opportunities in various roles within the hospitality industry such as HR manager director of human resources or even a corporate-level HR position.
Education & Experience
- A college degree or two years of hotel experience
- Previous experience in a similar or related position
What Youll Need to Succeed
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to read write and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to sit stand bend kneel and lift as requiredwith or without reasonable accommodations
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays if needed
- A warm professional demeanor that reflects HVMGs Culture of Excellence
