Job Summary
Duties & Responsibilities
My client is a leading property investment and asset management company with a strong national footprint. The company is focused on delivering sustainable value through strategic leasing proactive asset management and long-term tenant partnerships.
They are looking to appoint an experienced and commercially inclined Senior Leasing Specialist: (National Key Accounts) based in Pretoria.
The successful incumbent will be responsible for managing and growing national key account tenants across the commercial portfolio. This individual must demonstrate a proven track record in securing new business and negotiating renewals with national tenants while driving leasing performance in line with portfolio objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and expand relationships with national key account tenants
Identify and secure new business opportunities with national and blue-chip tenants
Lead and conclude lease negotiations including renewals expansions relocations and restructures
Develop and implement leasing strategies aligned to portfolio vacancy and income targets
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform deal structuring and positioning
Collaborate with asset management property management and finance teams to optimise portfolio performance
Prepare and present leasing reports forecasts and performance updates to executive management
Minimum Requirements
Relevant tertiary qualification in Property Studies Real Estate Finance or a related field
Minimum of 4 years experience in commercial leasing
Proven track record of dealing with national tenants in respect of:
Securing new business
Successfully negotiating renewals
Managing national key accounts
