Your Opportunity

Are you passionate about turning data into insights that drive real-world outcomes Join Mission Australia Housing as a Data & Reporting Analyst and play a key role in shaping performance strategy and service delivery across our national housing programs.

As the Data & Reporting Analyst you will play a critical role in delivering accurate timely and meaningful reporting across Mission Australia Housing. You will produce compliance reports for funders develop dashboards and insights for leaders and help improve systems processes and data quality. Working closely with the Operations Reporting Manager and key stakeholders you will translate complex data into clear stories that inform performance strategy and service delivery.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Deliver timely and accurate external compliance and internal performance reports
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and KPI reports
  • Analyse data trends to inform decision-making and operational planning
  • Improve reporting processes automation and data quality
  • Partner with stakeholders across Operations IT and Business Performance
  • Support national consistency through aligned data models and reporting standards

Requirements for Success

  • Experience in data analysis reporting or business intelligence
  • Strong skills in Power BI data modelling and data transformation and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to translate technical information into clear insights
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • A continuous improvement mindset and interest in innovation and analytics
  • Experience in housing community services or not-for-profit sectors will be highly regarded.
  • Valid Working with Children Check

Before starting work with us you will need to undertake a national police history check qualifications referee checks and WWCC.
