Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end power electronics development for HVDC/LVDC power architecture systems serving multi-gigawatt GPU computing loads from circuit design through manufacturing.
- Design high-power high-voltage control and protection circuits including SiC/GaN gate drivers fault detection systems and isolated sensing for DC power distribution platforms.
- Develop embedded control systems using microcontrollers DSPs and FPGAs for real-time power management monitoring and protection of high-frequency power electronics.
- Design auxiliary power supplies for 800V-1500V DC inputs isolated communications interfaces and EMI/EMC compliant circuit architectures.
- Perform circuit simulation PCB layout (Altium Designer SPICE PLECS) thermal analysis and design verification for high-reliability power electronics assemblies.
- Lead reliability testing manufacturing transfer and field deployment support for power electronics serving mission-critical AI infrastructure.
Requirements- 7 years of experience in power electronics circuit design with deep expertise in high-voltage high-current applications.
- Proven track record designing and bringing up complex digital and analog circuits for power management control and protection systems.
- Expert-level proficiency with PCB design tools (Altium Designer preferred) circuit simulation (SPICE PLECS) and hands-on troubleshooting of high-voltage circuits.
- Strong understanding of wide-bandgap devices (SiC GaN) gate driver design isolated power supplies and high-frequency magnetics.
- Experience with embedded systems programming (C/C) FPGA development (VHDL/Verilog) and real-time control algorithms for power electronics.
- Deep knowledge of power conversion topologies digital control loop design soft-switching techniques thermal management for power semiconductors and high-voltage insulation coordination.
