Job Description

This is a seasonal position earning$17.85 - 18.50/hr (depending on experience). Openings are available at the West Kelowna location and the Kelowna location on KLO Road.

Join our dynamic team and a thriving retail environment! Our Yard team provides excellent customer service to customers shopping for perennials and nursery plants like trees & shrubs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Exceptional Customer Service: Delight our customers with expert advice and personalized guidance to help them make the perfect choices for their gardening needs.
• Plant Care and Maintenance: Be the guardian of our greenery! Youll ensure our plants thrive by meticulously tending to their needs and creating captivating displays that inspire our customers.
• Hands-On Plant Production: Dive into the heart of our operation as you assist in the unloading and restocking of plants ensuring our inventory is always fresh and abundant.
• Product Expertise: Become a trusted advisor as you recommend and cross-sell premium products including fertilizers soil and specialized gardening solutions to enhance our customers gardening experience.
• Problem Solving and Support: Rise to the challenge of resolving customer concerns with empathy and efficiency providing comprehensive solutions and valuable information to ensure their satisfaction.
• Workspace Pride: Take ownership of maintaining clean organized and inviting work areas reflecting our commitment to excellence in every aspect of our operation.

Experience / Education:Amateur gardeners experienced and master gardeners passionate plant people and those looking to learn more about gardening are encouraged to apply!
