The Peace River School Division is seeking applications for a Interim Vice-Principal at Grimshaw Public School. This administrative position will commence on March 9 2026 and will continue until June 26 2026.
Individuals with proven leadership expertise and the required skills to support an effective team approach with staff students parents and the community are invited to apply. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education that caters to the individual needs and abilities of our students. This role requires a deep understanding of various teaching methodologies strong communication skills and a commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment.
Successful leadership experience at the elementary level and a deep understanding of inclusive education practices will be assets to this role.
This position will include teaching duties. Graduate studies in educational administration are definite assets for success in this role.

This teaching position falls under the collective agreement between the Alberta Teachers Association and the Peace River School Division.
Teacher Salary Grid Range: $ 66520to $ 112451(dependent on experience and education in accordance with the collective agreement between the Alberta Teachers Association and the Peace River School Division)plus the additional vice-principal allowance as outlined in Article 4 of the collective agreement.
Benefits: The following benefits are available to teaching staff when they commence a teaching position under contract and are working at a 0.20 FTE or greater in accordance with the collective agreement between the ATA and the Peace River School Division
