Job Summary

Site Reliability Engineer - Dynatrace & Ansible

Required Skills & Experience (Mandatory)

58 years of experience in SRE DevOps or Platform Engineering roles
Strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace for observability and monitoring
Strong hands-on experience with Ansible for automation and configuration management
Experience defining and managing alerts dashboards and reliability metrics
Experience using ServiceNow for incident problem and change management
Strong documentation experience using Confluence
Solid understanding of Linux Windows systems and enterprise infrastructure
Strong troubleshooting analytical and communication skills

Preferred / Good to Have

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP)
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins GitLab Azure DevOps)
Experience with scripting languages (Python Shell)
Exposure to container platforms (Docker Kubernetes)
Experience in BFSI or regulated environments
Prior experience in transition KT-heavy engagement
