Start your journey with our exclusive 12-month immersive trainee and apprentice program then a further 36-month apprenticeship designed to unlock your potential (total 48 months). In the role ofApprentice Automotive Electrician you will be part of a team responsible for maintaining repairing and diagnosing electrical systems across a wide range of fleet vehicles plant and equipment that support essential services and emergency response. Under the guidance of experienced tradespeople youll develop strong technical knowledge handson capability and a deep understanding of electrical systems in an operational workshop environment. In this role you will:

Assist with the maintenance and repair of electrical systems across fleet vehicles plant and equipment
Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults as part of a collaborative team
Perform a variety of electrical diagnostics component replacements and system improvements
Develop technical problem-solving and communication skills in a real-world workshop
Follow safety standards and contribute to a positive inclusive and high-performing workplace
Take pride in delivering quality work and continuously strive for excellence
Follow designated work practices and maintain accuracy in all tasks
Actively participate in Toolbox meetings

Drivers licence (desirable).
