Job Summary
Title: Senior Leasing Advisor
Schedule: Wednesday through Saturday 8:00 AM to 6 PM
Pay Rate: $24-26/hr

We are seeking a Senior Leasing Advisor who thrives in a high-performance high-touch environment. This role is more than leasing. It is sales leadership hospitality execution and resident experience stewardship at the highest level. What Youll Do
- Conduct high-impact tours that showcase lifestyle amenities and value
- Use consultative selling to match prospects with the right home
- Own high-priority leads and maximize conversion
- Provide strong follow-up from inquiry to lease signing
- Serve as a closing resource for other leasing agents
- Walk applicants through the leasing process with clarity and professionalism
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company standards
- Deliver approvals in a celebratory welcoming way
- Support seamless hospitality-driven move-in experiences
- Assist with renewal conversations and resident retention efforts
- Serve as an initial point of escalation for resident concerns
- Help maintain resort-level service standards
Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of residential leasing hospitality sales or high-touch customer service experience
- Proven closing ability and strong leasing conversion results
- Excellent communication skills with a polished professional presence
- Detail-oriented and organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of compliance and leasing documentation
