The Mission
This is not a standard clinical role. You will serve as the primary medical guardian for an 80-year-old VIP client aboard a world-class vessel navigating the Italian Riviera Sardinia Corsica and the Amalfi Coast. Your mandate is to provide seamless 1:1 acute-level observation and care ensuring the clients health remains optimal while they enjoy a summer of exclusive cruising. You will balance rigorous medical oversight with the discretion and adaptability required in a high-net-worth maritime environment.
The Team
You will not be working in isolation. You will join an elite medical unit comprising:
A Lead British Doctor who directs the overall care strategy.
A team of specialist Physiotherapists for daily mobility and rehabilitation.
A supporting roster of Western-trained Nurses operating in a collaborative structure.
The Safety
To ensure the highest standard of care without burnout this role operates on a strict Double-Nurse Shift System. You will work in tandem with another qualified nurse allowing for proper rest handover and clinical redundancy. This structure ensures that 24/7 coverage is maintained without compromising your alertness or well-being.

Education: Western-trained Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Experience: Minimum 4 years of recent clinical experience in Acute Care ICU ER or A&E.
Language: Native English speaker or C1 (Advanced) proficiency is non-negotiable.
Character: High emotional intelligence discretion and the ability to integrate into a formal yacht crew hierarchy.
