Job Summary
The Mission We are recruiting a dedicated clinical professional for a specific 1:1 mandate: the care of an 80-year-old VIP Principal aboard a private superyacht. This role removes you from the hospital corridor and places you in the center of a Mediterranean summer. Your "ward" moves between Monaco Ibiza the Greek Islands and Mallorca. Your responsibility is to provide vigilant discreet medical oversight ensuring the Principals safety and dignity while they enjoy their time at sea.
The Team You will be integrated into a high-functioning medical team. Clinical direction is provided by a Lead British Doctor ensuring you are never without expert support. You will work alongside resident Physiotherapists and a Western-trained nursing cohort adhering to the highest standards of private practice.
The Safety We recognize that 1:1 care requires sustained focus. To prevent fatigue and ensure the highest quality of service we utilize a double-nurse shift system. This structure guarantees that you have adequate rest and the time to explore the yachts prestigious ports of call.

Requirements
Education: Western BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) is the strict educational standard.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years in Acute Care (ICU ER or A&E) is required to manage the clinical scope of the role.
Language: Native or C1 (Advanced) English is essential.
Attributes: Professional discretion immaculate grooming and the ability to operate effectively within a formal household structure.
