We are seeking an elite medical professional for a dedicated 1:1 nursing role aboard a prestigious superyacht. Your patient is an 80-year-old VIP requiring attentive acute-level monitoring and compassionate daily assistance. The vessel is currently charted for a high-profile tour of the Western Mediterranean including extended stays in Mallorca Ibiza Menorca and Valencia. This is a unique opportunity to apply your clinical expertise in a dynamic luxury maritime environment.
The Team
You will be supported by a robust medical infrastructure ensuring you are never operating without backup:
Clinical Lead: A British Medical Doctor providing 24/7 oversight and care planning.
Rehabilitation: Specialist Physiotherapists dedicated to the clients mobility and strength.
Nursing Unit: A collaborative team of Western-trained nurses ensuring seamless care continuity.
The Safety
Patient safety and nurse welfare are paramount. The medical roster is organized around a strict Double-Nurse Shift System. This ensures you always work alongside a colleague facilitating safe manual handling accurate medication administration and adequate rest periods.
The Process
Step 1: Credential verification.
Step 2: Remote Online Interview (Zoom/Teams).
Step 3: Job Offer & Onboarding. (No travel required until deployment).

Requirements
Education: Western-trained Registered Nurse (BSN/Bachelors Degree is essential).
Experience: A minimum of 4 years in high-acuity settings: ICU CCU ER or A&E.
Language: Native English speaker or C1 proficiency required for clear clinical communication.
Attributes: Exceptional clinical judgment polished presentation and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
