Job Summary

As an IFS Functional Consultant (PSO / FSM) You Will:

Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes and translate business needs into effective IFS PSO and FSM functional solutions.
Lead and facilitate functional workshops to gather requirements and configure IFS Cloud modules including PSO FSM Projects Supply Chain HR and Finance across all phases of the project lifecycle.
Configure validate and optimize functional solutions to support field service and project-based operations.
Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet defined business requirements.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration between IFS Cloud and third-party systems.
Prepare review and maintain functional documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRD) Solution Design Documents (SDD) and user manuals.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with stakeholders ensuring effective communication and expectation management.

What You Bring to the Table:

68 years of overall experience as an IFS Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in IFS PSO and FSM.
Minimum 5 years of experience working with IFS applications including at least two full-cycle IFS Cloud and PSO implementations.
Domain experience in field servicecentric industries such as utilities (electricity gas water).
Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and their translation into functional IFS solutions.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business Administration or a related field.

You Should Possess the Ability to:

Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable functional system configurations.
Facilitate workshops and communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
Troubleshoot functional issues and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Work independently while collaborating effectively in cross-functional and multicultural environments.
