WFH-Global Travel Coordinator
Location: Remote
Are you passionate about travel and excited about exploring unique destinations beyond the typical tourist spots Do you enjoy planning seamless and unforgettable travel experiences If so this role is for you.
We are looking for a Global Travel Coordinator to help design and manage extraordinary travel experiences. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who loves adventure has strong organizational skills and is eager to learn the ins and outs of travel coordination.
Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate travel itineraries to unique off-the-beaten-path destinations.
Manage travel logistics including flights accommodations transportation and activities.
Research and recommend hidden gems local experiences and cultural sites.
Handle bookings and confirmations ensuring all travel details are accurate.
Assist travelers with any changes or challenges that arise during their trips.
Communicate with vendors hotels and local guides to create seamless experiences.
Qualifications:
Passion for travel and an interest in exploring unique destinations.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple travel plans at once.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Comfort with travel booking platforms and itinerary planning tools is a plus.
Prior experience in travel planning hospitality or customer service is helpful but not required.
