Job Summary
On behalf of Our Clint we are looking for a Female Accommodation Supervisor
Job Summary:
The Accommodation Supervisor oversees the daily operations of staff accommodation ensuring compliance with hygiene safety and company policies. The role includes managing room allocation inspections maintenance coordination and addressing residents concerns to maintain a safe and well-organized living environment
Responsibilities:
Provide effective leadership and supervision for accommodation operations and on-site staff.
Ensure compliance with company policies accommodation rules and safety standards.
Handle staff issues complaints and conflicts in a professional and fair manner.
Coordinate with housekeeping maintenance and management to ensure smooth daily operations
Monitor performance maintain discipline and promote a respectful and organized living environment
Requirements
Female candidate willing to reside in company accommodation
23 years of experience in accommodation or hostel supervision
Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage
Basic computer skills (MS Office email reporting)
