The Mission We are recruiting a high-caliber nursing professional currently based in the Kingdom for a dedicated 1:1 medical role supporting an 80-year-old VIP principal. This position transitions your clinical practice from the desert heat to the temperate climate of the Mediterranean. You will be the primary point of care aboard a mega-yacht cruising the Emerald Coast of Sardinia (Porto Cervo) the historic Bay of Kotor (Montenegro) and the exclusive marinas of Tivat. Your mandate is to ensure the principals health stability while they navigate these world-class destinations.
The Team You will join a fully integrated Western-managed medical department. The unit is led by a Lead British Doctor ensuring clinical governance is always aligned with UK/European standards. You will work alongside resident Physiotherapists and a cohesive team of Western-trained nurses providing a familiar and highly professional clinical structure.
The Safety We recognize the importance of fatigue management in high-stakes environments. We operate a strict double-nurse shift system ensuring you always have a partner on duty and guaranteed downtime. This allows you to rest adequately and explore the unique ports of call during the vessels itinerary.
The Process We value your time and current commitments. The entire initial screening and interview phase is conducted via a secure online platform allowing you to secure this role from Riyadh before deploying directly to the vessel in the Mediterranean.

Education: Western Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is mandatory.
Experience: Minimum 4 years in Acute Care (ICU ER or A&E).
Language: Native or C1 (Advanced) English fluency.
Licensure: Active and unrestricted Nursing Registration (SCFHS classification or Western equivalent).
