Job Summary
Job Description: ICU Staff Nurse
Salary Structure
Nursing: 14000 per month
DGNM: 13000 per month
ANM: 10000 per month
Key Responsibilities
Provide continuous and high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
Monitor and record vital signs neurological status and patient responses to treatment
Administer medications IV fluids and injections as per physician instructions
Operate and monitor ICU equipment such as ventilators monitors infusion pumps and oxygen systems
Assist doctors during medical procedures emergency interventions and rounds
Maintain accurate patient records nursing notes and treatment documentation
Ensure strict adherence to infection control hygiene and safety protocols
Respond promptly to medical emergencies and code situations
Support patients and their families with clear communication and compassionate care
Coordinate with doctors technicians and other healthcare staff for effective patient management
Essential Qualifications
Nursing / DGNM / ANM from a recognized institution
Valid Nursing Council registration (State/Indian Nursing Council)
Freshers are welcome; ICU or hospital experience is an added advantage
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong clinical knowledge of critical care nursing practices
Ability to work under pressure in emergency and high-stress situations
Good observation monitoring and documentation skills
Basic knowledge of ICU equipment and patient monitoring systems
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Compassionate patient-focused approach to care
Willingness to work in rotational shifts including nights and holidays
Required Skills:
Lab Technician / Staff Nurse / ANM-Midwife / Patient Care Coordinator / Physician Assistant
Required Education:
DMLT / DN / DNA / ANM / . MLT / BOT / Physician Assistant
