Job Title: Wynsure Developer / Insurance Application Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Wynsure Developer to support development enhancement and integration of insurance applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with the Wynsure platform software development best practices and insurance domain knowledge. This role involves production support feature development API integrations and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Application Support & Maintenance

Perform root cause analysis for production issues and provide both short-term fixes and long-term solutions.
Ensure system stability reliability and optimal performance.
Troubleshoot functional and technical issues efficiently.

Feature Development

Design develop and enhance application features based on business requirements.
Follow coding standards design principles and best practices.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Integration & API Development

Develop and maintain APIs for seamless integration between Wynsure and other enterprise applications.
Work with REST/JSON web services to ensure smooth data exchange.
Support integration initiatives across platforms and systems.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of software development experience including 2 years specifically on Wynsure platform.
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns.
Experience working with Wynsure Data Model and relational databases (SQL).
Hands-on experience with Web Services (REST/JSON).
Good understanding of event-driven architecture concepts.
Basic understanding of Life Health or Disability Insurance business processes.
Experience using GIT version control systems.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.

Nice to Have Skills

Cloud platform exposure.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Relevant insurance domain certifications.
