Our client is a global electronics and home appliances manufacturer seeking an experienced professional to join its R&D team.
Lead and manage a software development and testing team for embedded system projects.
Coordinate closely with hardware control and mechanical teams to ensure seamless system integration.
Plan assign and monitor software development tasks to meet schedule and quality targets.
Review design outputs conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with internal development standards.
Provide technical guidance coaching and training to junior engineers.
Report project progress risks and technical issues to senior management.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Electronics Automation Mechatronics or Computer Science.
Ability to communicate effectively in English for technical discussions and documentation.
Detail-oriented proactive and committed to continuous improvement.
Willingness to work on-site at a manufacturing or R&D facility.
3 to 4 years of embedded software development experience including at least 1 to 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of motor control (DC/BLDC) sensors communication protocols (UART I2C SPI) and RTOS.
Hands-on experience with microcontrollers such as Renesas STM32 or Nuvoton using common embedded toolchains.
Ability to understand system-level software development processes and read electrical schematics.
Solid project management and communication skills.
