- Extensive experience coordinating and monitoring project implementation and support processes and developing/communicating guidelines and procedures
- Resolve resourcing and inter-personal conflicts negotiate changes to resourcing ensure knowledge is shared among team members such as project objectives and deliverables are met

- Experience identifying and assessing technical project risks mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
- Understanding proposed NG911 solution requirements and business standards experience with the development of technical requirements and specifications for procuring and implementing Canadian Compliant-standards-based technology to support NG911 platform and systems.
- Understanding of system and operational standards applied in Public Safety Answering Points (PSASPs) in Ontario including Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) solutions Medical Priority Dispatch System and voice recording and other archival solutions.
- Understanding of current and emerging 911 technologies to fit needs identified by the PSAP user community including but not limited to a wide range of Telecommunication technologies for voice video text and data including but not limited to: Transmission infrastructure Internet Protocol (IP) based communication related networks PBX system integration and interconnection technique and storage
