Job Responsibilities:
The Trade Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth within our trade channels. Also will collaborate closely with sales teams and external partners to ensure our service is effectively promoted and positioned in the market. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking creative execution and strong analytical skills to achieve measurable business results.
- Support Trade Marketing Strategies to increase product visibility and sales within retail channels including assisting in the development of promotional campaigns point-of-sale materials and other marketing collateral.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities to form a solid marketing campaigns.
- Conduct research and analysis to gather information on market trends consumer demographics and competitor activities to help in shaping effective marketing strategies and improving product positioning.
- Initiate ideas for marketing materials and campaigns to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing strategies align with sales objectives. also assist in creating sales presentations and providing marketing support to key accounts.
- Build a strong relationship with retailers distributors and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment of trade marketing activities with overall business strategies.
Requirements
Required Skills and knowledge:
- 1-2 years of Trade Marketing experience.
- Strong understanding of trade marketing principles strategies and tactics.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms CRM systems and analytics tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive informed decisions.
- Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and a strong understanding of market dynamics
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Educational Background:
- Bachelors degree of Marketing or any related field.
- A Marketing Diploma is preferable.
