Job Summary

We are a large fast-growing iGaming and online casino operator with a global presence. Our team is dynamic innovative and dedicated to delivering best-in-class entertainment and performance. We are seeking a proactive and experienced Affiliate Account Manager to join our business development team in Israel.
As an Affiliate Account Manager you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with affiliate partners to drive traffic player acquisition and revenue. You will act as the main point of contact for key partners driving performance negotiating deals and ensuring strategic alignment between affiliate goals and company objectives.

  • Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms and analytics tools.

  • Knowledge of SEO digital marketing and performance marketing strategies.

  • Networking and business development experience.

  • Multilingual skills (additional languages beneficial)



  • Requirements

  • Build manage and grow long-term relationships with affiliate partners.

  • Drive revenue growth by optimizing affiliate performance and increasing traffic quality.

  • Develop and implement affiliate strategies to maximize ROI and achieve KPI targets.

  • Recruit new affiliates and expand the companys affiliate network.

  • Monitor affiliate activity performance metrics and campaign results.

  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to internal stakeholders.

  • Negotiate commission structures bonuses and promotional opportunities.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

  • Work closely with marketing content and product teams to support campaigns.

  • Assist in resolving partner issues and provide superior customer service.

  • Proven experience in affiliate management preferably in iGaming online casino or gaming sectors.

  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing models and performance metrics.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and campaign optimization.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced targets-driven environment.

  • Fluent in English; Hebrew fluency is highly preferred.
