- Manage the service departments daily operations to ensure efficient and effective workflows.
- Lead train and motivate service staff including technicians and service advisors.
- Maintain high customer service standards to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Coordinate with parts and sales departments to streamline service processes and increase profitability.
- Monitor and manage department budgets labor costs and service revenue.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Service Manager or similar role in the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of automotive service procedures and technologies.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Clean Driving Record; MVR Report Check
- Pass a drug test and background check
