Home Health Branch Director (RN) Bloomington IN

$5000 Sign-On Bonus Available

What Youll Do

Operations & Performance

  • Direct day-to-day branch operations

  • Oversee patient care programs and clinical outcomes

  • Manage branch financial performance and productivity

  • Ensure appropriate staffing levels to meet patient needs

  • Implement agency growth and strategic initiatives

Compliance & Quality

  • Ensure adherence to Medicare Medicaid and payer regulations

  • Maintain compliance with state licensure and Conditions of Participation

  • Monitor documentation accuracy timeliness and completeness

  • Identify reimbursement or coverage issues and implement corrective actions

  • Promote patient rights and quality care standards

Leadership

  • Lead coach and develop clinical and administrative staff

  • Conduct performance evaluations and staff development planning

  • Support a positive culture focused on patient care and accountability

  • Review and approve payroll visit productivity and mileage documentation

  • Collaborate with regional leadership on performance improvement initiatives

What Were Looking For

  • Associates degree in healthcare or related field (required)

  • Home Health leadership or supervisory experience (required)

  • 2 years of home health experience (preferred)

  • Current state licensure as required

  • Knowledge of Medicare regulations and Conditions of Participation

  • Strong financial and operational management skills

  • Experience with EMR systems (Homecare Homebase preferred)

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and workforce/payroll systems

  • Strong communication relationship-building and team leadership skills
