Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a full-time Neonatologist to join a collaborative well-supported Level III NICU team in Lexington Kentucky offering hands-on clinical care strong neonatal nurse practitioner support and a schedule designed to prioritize work-life balance while maintaining procedural Description:The Neonatologist will be responsible for:Providing comprehensive neonatal care in a 32-bed Level III NICUManaging care for infants from a busy newborn nursery serviceSupporting approximately 4000 annual deliveriesWorking alongside 2 Neonatologists and 2 Neonatal Nurse Practitioners during daytime hoursParticipating in home-based night call with 24/7 in-house NNP coveragePerforming and maintaining hands-on neonatal proceduresCollaborating within a supportive team-oriented collegial practice environmentParticipating in mentorship and professional development (especially supportive for new graduates)Delivering high-quality compassionate neonatal care aligned with Pediatrix standardsThis is a permanent full-time position that requires residency within the immediate local area.
