We are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Banker/Customer Service Representative at Charter West Bank in South Omaha NE. As a member of our team you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our customers by providing exceptional service and personalized financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently including deposits withdrawals and loan payments.
Provide information about bank products and services actively upselling when appropriate.
Assist customers with account inquiries resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Prepare and process accurate loan documentation
Comply with bank policies and procedures
Assist with customer phone calls
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience with previous banking experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Competence with computers telephone systems 10-key calculator and other office equipment
The ability to work effectively as a team member
Careful attention to detail and time management
Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
