Job Summary

Overall our mission is simple: Brand Innovation Lab (BIL) & Twitch Brand Partnership Studio (BPS) exist to drive full-funnel brand investment through innovative culturally-relevant experiences that shift perceptions of Amazon Ads and scale successful innovations into products for all advertisers.

As a Senior Solutions Manager BPS in the Twitch Brand Partnerships Studio team you will serve as the strategic backbone driving data-driven decision making operational excellence and business strategy development across EU5 markets. Youll combine deep analytical capabilities with stakeholder management expertise to unlock growth opportunities optimize processes and scale innovative creator-led brand partnerships. Youll partner closely with the EU5 Creative Director Program Activation Lead Creative Production Lead and cross-functional teams to develop strategies using Twitchs full canvas of creator-led experiences and live interactive content.

Senior Solutions Managers BPS investigate campaign performance data revenue trends and market opportunities to generate actionable insights based on observed business patterns. Through a deep understanding of Twitchs suite of tools creator ecosystem and Amazon Ads capabilities they recommend strategic frameworks that balance advertiser objectives with operational capacity and market expansion goals.

In this role you will craft high-level business strategies that solve complex challenges for EU5 BPS. Youll think across Twitch platforms and beyond manage strategic planning cycles and create data-driven recommendations that drive marketing objectives of advertisers while optimizing team performance. You will effectively communicate with senior leadership sales teams and external brand partners. You will work with leadership to create processes and establish best practices that impact the broader department. And finally you will work towards preserving the team culture of collaboration innovation and data-driven decision making.



Key job responsibilities
GTM Stakeholder Strategy
* Develop vertical-specific account strategies using data-driven insights to prioritize high-value opportunities and drive portfolio diversification
* Build relationships with stakeholders across Twitch Partnerships Amazon Ads Sales (LCS) Creative Strategy Production Prime Video and external brand partners
* Conduct competitive analysis and industry trend monitoring to inform go-to-market strategies
* Develop 3-year strategic plans outlining market opportunities resource requirements and growth tactics
* Balance short-term revenue goals with long-term relationship building and market development
* Collaborate with finance and sales teams optimizing pricing strategies and package offerings

Business Intelligence & Data Analysis
* Deep dive into campaign performance data sell-through rates win/loss analysis and revenue trends to identify optimization opportunities
* Develop accurate revenue forecasts capacity models and resource allocation recommendations supporting OP1/OP2 planning
* Define track and report on key business metrics including win rate deal velocity average deal size and repeat advertiser rates

Operational Excellence
* Develop and maintain SOPs for intake scoping campaign execution and reporting ensuring consistency and quality
* Implement R&R frameworks project checklists and review mechanisms maintaining high standards
* Monitor team utilization forecast resource needs and recommend hiring or reallocation optimizing delivery capacity
* Streamline cross-functional workflows with partner teams reducing friction

Productization & Innovation
* Identify successful campaign patterns and productize repeatable scalable BPS offerings
* Establish Product Maturity Framework with monthly reviews creating one-pagers for stakeholder alignment
* Partner with measurement teams to develop robust attribution models demonstrating ROI
* Track and evaluate emerging opportunities for business viability



- Experience in digital advertising and client facing roles with a focus on data analysis
- Experience with annual brand and media planning
- Experience with Doubleclick (XSM DFP) AdJuster or Salesforce

- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
