Developer C# XOne (Intermediate)

Position Description:

We are looking for versatile Software Developers who demonstrate leadership qualities and are eager to take on new challenges across the full stack while delivering innovative solutions that support business growth.

This is a central and dynamic role in which you will design develop test and deploy new features for critical applications used by trading and operations teams in New York and across the globe.

C# MQ Series Oracle Git Jenkins NuGet Moq etc.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

What will your day-to-day look like
Start the day with a Scrum meeting alongside your teammates to share priorities and upcoming challenges.
Collaborate closely with your team and Product Owner to work on prioritized tasks.
Actively participate in peer code reviews analysis sessions and user demonstrations.
Contribute to production releases through automated delivery processes regulated guidelines and robust unit testing.
Every day brings new challenges making the role both dynamic and engaging.

Integration with MQ Series
Database development with Oracle
Source control using Git
CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins
Dependency management with NuGet
Unit testing and mocking with Moq
Additional related technologies as required

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Profile
2 years of experience as a developer.
Bilingualism (French/English) required*
Required Qualifications
Strong experience with C#
Experience with MQ Series
Knowledge of Oracle databases
Proficiency with Git
Experience with Jenkins
Familiarity with NuGet
Experience with Moq or similar testing frameworks

*Fluency in English both written and spoken is required as the role involves regular collaboration with colleagues and partners based in the United States.
Work arrangement: Hybrid 1 day/week in-person possible.
Location: Downtown Montreal

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level geographic market experience and training and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $60000$11500. This role is an existing vacancy.
