Saputo is seeking a Marketing Associate for an existing opportunity within our organization. Reporting to the Marketing Manager the Marketing Associate will be responsible for supporting and implementing the marketing plan through various campaigns strategic projects and website development initiatives within the Strategic Business Development department.
Your contributions will have a tangible impact:
Support the Marketing Manager in the development and execution of the marketing plan to strengthen brand awareness and drive conversion for key Canadian brands
Participate in the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns ensuring message consistency across all touchpoints
Prepare briefs for agencies clearly defining the objectives of advertising initiatives and consumer communications
Contribute to the development and production of marketing tools and materials to support brand activities and new product launches
Track measure and report on campaign performance by analyzing ROI and KPIs to identify optimization opportunities
Collaborate with Marketing and IT teams on website-related initiatives including content updates design enhancements and ongoing optimization
Monitor market trends and competitive activities to support strategic recommendations
Provide general marketing support through various tasks and projects as needed
Work closely with partner agencies for briefing creation review and approval of all brand content
Review and provide feedback on advertising materials packaging and labels to ensure brand consistency and compliance
Contribute to the management and enhancement of the brands web and social media presence by recommending improvements and supporting content initiatives
Prepare coordinate and deliver presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Perform any other related duties as assigned to support the marketing function
You are the ideal candidate if you have the following qualifications:
University degree in Marketing or a related field
2 to 3 years of marketing experience with strong aptitude for web social media and SEO/SEM
Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) brand marketing is an asset
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bilingualism (French and English) spoken and written is essential
Strong attention to detail organizational skills and autonomy
Presentation skills
In the course of their duties the incumbent will be required to communicate and collaborate in English and French both orally and in writing with colleagues or other stakeholders located in Quebec elsewhere in Canada or in North America.

Salary: $52960 to $69460
Salary offers will vary based on experience education skills and the candidates background.
