Key Responsibilities:
- Read and implement Banquet Event Orders weekly (BEO)
- Support the F&B and Sales teams by assisting with guest needs and ensuring smooth operations.
- Monitor the service area continuously to maintain quality guest service and comfort.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of all menu items specials beverages wines and related offerings.
- Serve all food and beverages utilizing appropriate china glassware silverware garnishes and condiments.
- Setup and breakdown of tables and event spaces.
- Relay all guest complaints and compliments promptly to management for resolution.
- Maintain health sanitation and safety standards in accordance with regulations.
- Follow safe serve regulations when serving alcoholic beverages.
- Manage all banquet set-up including meeting room design moving tables and chairs setting tables with linens silverware and glassware ensuring high standards of presentation.
- Support in breaking down events and cleaning rooms after functions.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food and beverage service is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food service.
- Strong attention to detail and presentation.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays.
