This role will be performed on site in Huntsville AL with hybrid work option

Summit TRC is seeking to add a Cloud DevOps Engineer to our team. This engineer will play a vital role in maintaining optimizing and securing cloud based infrastructure. If you have relevant experience and you are motivated to solve complex problems in Defense please apply.

Responsibilities:

• Design implement and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform
• Develop manage and optimize Azure DevOps pipelines
• Administer and support cloud environments on Azure and/or AWS
• Perform Linux and Windows system admin tasks
• Apply DISA STIGs where necessary
• Monitor troubleshoot and optimize cloud infrastructure
• Support Kubernetes deployments and administration
• Implement and manage cloud networking solutions
• Implement best practices in cloud architecture automation and security

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 3 years experience working with cloud technologies including Azure and AWS
• 2 years experience with Terraform
• 1 years experience with Azure DevOps or GitLab
• Proficiency in Kubernetes Ansible and PowerShell
• Strong understanding of networking security and compliance in cloud environments
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Sec certification or Cloud certifications (Ex. AWS Certified Solutions Architect Azure Admin) are a plus
