We are currently recruiting for a qualified Paramedic to join ourteam in South Waikato!

This is a permanent position working a relief 42 hour roster between Tokoroa and Putaruru stations covering rostered leave cycles.  

We are looking for driven and compassionate individuals who are committed to help us achieve our mission and who have a willingness to demonstrate behaviours that align with Hato Hone St John core values -Do the right thing Side by side straight up Make it better Open minds. 


Qualifications :

Ko wai koe - About you:

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A current St John Authority to Practice at Paramedic level
  • Current Registration and Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) from Te Kaunihera Manapou Paramedic Council
  • Excellent operational and clinical performance to date
  • Excellent driving record
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus
  • A genuine commitment to the wellbeing of others
  • The ability to work under pressure
  • Evidence of CCE
  • Demonstrated behaviours that align with Hato Hone St Johns core values - Do the right thing (Mahi Tika) Side by Side (Tū Tahi) Straight Up (Mahi Pono) Make it better (Whakapai Ake) Open Minds (Whakaaro Nui)
