Our focus is on the needs of the patient and they come first in everything we doWhat Youll Do The Principal R&D Technician is a highly skilled technical role responsible for completing tasks related to product research and development such as prototyping new products or processes in collaboration with R&D engineers and cross-functional teams involved in transitioning products from concept to manufacturing. This individual is resourceful demonstrates a high degree of initiative and independence and excels at turning abstract concepts into tangible product components through their expertise.- Contribute to the design and development of new concepts by designing and building complex prototypes independently with minimal guidance/instructions.
- Collaborate with Engineers to understand product requirements assist in the development of assembly tests and procedures perform validate and document test methods including in-vitro/bench tests.
- Complete projects from beginning to end with minimal supervision needs to be highly independent and capable of working with minimal/early-stage procedures and assist in developing procedures.
- Experience with laboratory/testing equipment capable of executing test methods with minimal supervision.
- Experienced in processing and assembling small intricate components attention to detail is imperative.
