Are you passionate about creating safe efficient and thriving worksites EPC Services Company a leader in Electric Transmission & Distribution construction is excited to offer an immediate opportunity for a Field Safety Manager for a project in Milford UT that is expected to last approximately 7 months starting mid-March 2026. This is a temporary position.

What Youll Do

  • Lead project safety initiatives conduct inspections and audits provide training and coaching and foster a culture of proactive safety awareness.
  • Partner with Construction and Project Managers to enhance safety compliance and foster a Zero Harm safety culture.
  • Collect and analyze leading indicator data to detect trends and implement measures to continuously improve project safety performance and culture.
  • Be the go-to safety resource for EPCS team members and clients ensuring adherence to safety standards and industry best practices on all EPCS construction projects.

What Were Looking For:

EPCS is seeking a dynamic field leader who is not only technically skilled but also passionate about building relationships inspiring teams and modeling safety.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • OSHA 30 trained (or MSHA equivalent) and current training in First Aid CPR and AED.
  • Bachelors degree in safety or a professional safety certification (e.g. CUSP CSP) or at least 5 years of safety management experience.
  • Construction Health & Safety Technician (CHST) Certification is preferred.
  • Strong experience with application-based safety management systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to relocate and reside near the project site.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration with clients and contractors.
