Program Statement: At St. Martin de Porres Family Center we provide an array of services for early childhood older adults after-school programming food pantry home-delivered meals and emergency assistance. St. Martin de Porres is located in the heart of the Glenville community and takes pride in meeting the needs of the residence we serve through service coordination and empowering them to be self sufficient.

Driver Responsibilities:

• Transport seniors to and from their homes and on local outings.
• Complete pre-trip vehicle inspection daily.
• Deliver hot meals to eligible participants.
• Complete administrative duties.

Requirements:

• A minimum of two years of licensed driving experience is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age at the time of
• Must have a valid Ohio Drivers License provide a copy of drivers license and are subject to a Moving Vehicle Report (MVR) check through the Department of Motor Vehicles annually. Any MVR grade of unacceptable is not permitted to operate a company or personal vehicle on behalf of Catholic
• Must have a documented signed statement from a licensed physician stating there are no medical or physical conditions that could interfere with safe driving passenger assistance emergency treatment activity and jeopardize the health and welfare of a client or the general public.
• Must pass an alcohol and drug test conducted by an institution approved by the Ohio Medical Transportation Board.
• Must have good oral written and interpersonal communication skills. Must be able to document services delivered.

• Applicants of Catholic Charities must provide three references; two professional (one must be a previous supervisor) and the third one can be personal.
