Job Summary

As an Office Assistant at PTR Live Technologies you will play an essential role in ensuring smooth daily office operations and supporting our team. You will manage reception duties coordinate communication and administrative tasks and contribute to creating a pleasant organized and efficient work environment. This role involves interaction with employees visitors suppliers and company partners requiring a friendly attitude and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors and ensure a professional reception experience;
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls emails packages and documents;
  • Coordinate meeting rooms: setup cleanliness and availability;
  • Coordinate TAS requests for employees traveling on business;
  • Maintain office supplies and place orders when needed under the supervision of the Procurement Manager;
  • Assist with internal and external communication and basic document preparation;
  • Keep administrative records organized and updated;
  • Collaborate with suppliers and service providers;
  • Support internal events meetings and team activities (including setup and materials);
  • Assist the Office Manager HR and company leadership with various administrative tasks;
  • Collecting employees documents for reimbursements (transportation glasses uniforms) and submitting them to the Finance Department in accordance with the established internal procedure.

Qualifications :

Education

  • High school diploma required
  • Bachelors degree or ongoing university studies are considered a plus

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in an office administrative or reception role is a plus;
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities;
  • Good communication skills and a professional friendly attitude;
  • Attention to detail and ability to work responsibly and independently;
  • Good command of English (written and spoken);
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools (Outlook Word Excel);
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic international environment.
