Your Mission
- Lead the development maintenance and continual improvement of Brand Additions Integrated Management System (IMS) across all global operational sites.
- Ensure compliance with ISO9001 ISO14001 ISO45001 ISO27001 standards and ESOS.
- Support the business on regulatory frameworks product and vendor compliance data collection and regulatory reporting.
Summary of Position
The IMS Manager is responsible for leading the development maintenance and continual improvement of Brand Additions Integrated Management System (IMS). This role ensures compliance with ISO9001 (Quality) ISO14001 (Environmental) ISO27001 (Information Security) ISO45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) across all operational sites globally and ESOS in the UK. As part of the quality and compliance team the manager supports the business on regulatory frameworks product and vendor compliance data collection and regulatory reporting.
Key Responsibilities
IMS Oversight & Development
- Lead the implementation and improvement of the IMS across all global sites.
- Ensure alignment with ISO standards including relevant regulatory compliance schemes (such as ESOS) and business objectives.
- Integrate new standards and updates into the IMS framework as required by business needs.
Audit Management
- Develop and manage the internal audit schedule.
- Conduct audits to assess compliance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate external certification audits and ensure timely resolution of non-conformances.
Document & Process Control
- Maintain the document control system ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Collaborate with departments to develop and revise procedures processes and policies.
- Ensure documentation meets ISO requirements and supports operational needs.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Define and track IMS KPIs and metrics.
- Report performance to senior management and lead annual management reviews.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on data insights.
Risk & Compliance Support
- Conduct risk assessments and support mitigation planning.
- Respond to client questionnaires and audit requests; assist in new business tenders.
- Stay up to date with ISO regulatory standards.
- Assist in the review of vendor audits to ensure alignment with company standards.
- Support broader operational compliance to ensure alignment with company policies.
Training & Engagement
- Deliver training and awareness sessions on IMS standards.
- Promote a culture of quality environmental responsibility occupational health & safety and information security.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Assist with structured problem-solving investigations.
- Support sales and new business teams with relevant IMS systems documentation.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 4 years experience in a similar IMS or compliance role.
- Strong working knowledge of ISO9001 ISO14001 ISO45001 and ISO27001.
- Internal auditing experience is essential; lead auditor certification is desirable.
- Skilled in process mapping including documenting workflows to support clarity and consistency across departments.
- Experience managing corrective actions and root cause analysis.
- Experience working within a consumer product or retail business is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Fully computer literate with experience in document control systems.
- Happy to travel between sites globally and where required international travel

- Expertise: Strong working knowledge of ISO9001 ISO14001 ISO45001 and ISO27001.
- Industry Know-How:Understanding management systems within global supply chains (e.g. consumer products and factory compliance).
- Auditing: Proven experience in conducting internal audits and hosting external certification bodies
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel between sites including international travel asrequired.
