Job Summary
- 执行公司既定的销售策略计划目标和预算挖掘业务机会并完成公司产品在指定区域目标医院/机构的推广
- 洞察客户机会挖掘并掌握客户需求能够为客户赋能提供专业的支持和培训等
- 建立完善和维护良好的目标客户群网络
- 协助地区经理和市场部等跨部门人员落实执行公司的各类项目根据所负责机构/医院特性定制化调整使执行效果最优
- 遵循商业行为准则合法合理开展业务活动
- 上级主管安排的其他任务
Qualifications :
- 本科及以上学历医药/医疗器材相关专业优先
- 3年左右医药/医疗器械相关类产品的销售经验
- 良好的客户管理能力和团队合作能力
- 良好的学习及数据分析能力
- 乐于接受挑战并有良好的抗压能力
- 有医疗美容产品相关行业经验的优先考虑
