Administrative Business Partner Opportunity for Categorie Protette Candidates (L. 68/99)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Administrative Business Partner to join our team and deliver top-tier administrative support to our Senior Sales this role you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the seamless execution of daily operations while supporting the leadership team in driving strategic initiatives. Your Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level administrative support to executives managing calendars preparing meetings and organizing travel.

• Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.

• Prepare and organize reports presentations and correspondence in a precise and professional manner.

• Handle confidential information with discretion professionalism and confidentiality.

• Prepare regular sales reports and dashboards for the leadership team.

• Collaborate with the sales teams to analyze data and provide actionable recommendations.

Marketing Event Support:

• Assist in organizing and executing marketing events such as trade shows conferences and webinars.

• Coordinate event logistics including venue booking vendor management and materials preparation.

• Manage event promotion attendee registration and follow-up.

What Were Looking For:

• A degree in Administration Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role blending executive support sales analysis and/or marketing.

• Familiar with tools like Excel or Salesforce

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work under tight schedule pressure

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluent in English.
