We are seeking a Windows L3 Infrastructure Engineer to join our Infrastructure Operations this role you will be responsible for the operational delivery administration and lifecycle management of Windows-based infrastructure platforms with additional responsibilities across VMware/vSphere environments. You will ensure secure reliable and scalable compute services across onpremises and cloud environments. Experience with enterprise patching and endpoint tools (e.g. Tanium BladeLogic SCCM).You will report to the respective People Manager.
You will:
- Perform L3 administration of Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022) including installation configuration and lifecycle management
- Own and execute OS patching reboot coordination and patch remediation activities in line with enterprise compliance standards
- Build configure and maintain Windows servers according to global standards and security baselines
- Administer and support Active Directory services including user group and computer management Group Policy creation and troubleshooting and AD health monitoring
- Manage and troubleshoot core Windows services such as DNS DHCP and related infrastructure components
- Perform software installations upgrades and configuration management across Windows platforms
- Experience with enterprise patching and endpoint tools (e.g. Tanium BladeLogic SCCM)
- Administer VMware/vSphere platforms including:
- Virtual machine provisioning and decommissioning
- Snapshot creation and management
- Datastore and resource utilization monitoring
- VMlevel performance and availability troubleshooting
- Automate operational and administrative tasks using PowerShell to improve efficiency reliability and consistency
- Support and administer Windows workloads hosted on AWS and/or Azure leveraging Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform
- Monitor system performance and availability; respond to incidents and participate in major incident (P1/P2) management and on-call rotations
- Collaborate with Security Compliance Cloud and Application teams to ensure adherence to enterprise standards
- Contribute to change management capacity planning documentation and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications :
What you will bring:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Windows Server administration within enterprise environments
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- Windows Server OS administration
- Active Directory and Group Policy management
- DNS administration and troubleshooting
- OS patching and server build activities
- Working experience with VMware/vSphere administration in production environments
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation for day-to-day Windows administrative tasks
- Experience supporting Windows infrastructure in AWS and/or Azure environments including use of Terraform or similar IaC tools
- Strong troubleshooting analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience operating within ITIL-aligned infrastructure operations teams
- Fluency in English
Will be considered as an advantage if you also have:
- Microsoft VMware or cloud platform certifications
- Experience with enterprise patching and endpoint tools (e.g. Tanium BladeLogic SCCM)
- Exposure to security hardening vulnerability remediation and compliance frameworks
- Experience working in hybrid cloud infrastructure environments
