Operational Excellence
Supervise daily stewarding operations across all outlets and kitchens.
Ensure compliance with HACCP hygiene and local health regulations.
Maintain cleaning schedules and equipment standards.
Support banquet and high-volume operations.
Leadership & Empowerment
Supervise coach and support stewarding colleagues.
Promote teamwork accountability and adherence to company policies.
Assist with scheduling and performance follow-up.
Sustainable Performance & Compliance
Monitor chemical usage breakage and operating equipment inventory.
Promote safe working practices and environmental responsibility.
Support audits and ensure full regulatory compliance.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Minimum 23 years of stewarding experience in luxury hospitality.
At least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of HACCP and hygiene standards.
Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
