As a Releasing Coordinator at Caterpillar you will:
Responsible for coordinating and ensuring all office functions are completed according to the established processes. Specific job functions include but are not limited to Receiving Inbound Trailers creating Unload WTs to begin Inbound process manage RF and other equipment as necessary perform Freight Payables and other system supporting functions Candidate will also be required to perform any storeroom function if called upon to do so. This individual will work closely with carriers and other team members closely.
Candidate will also be responsible for helping the team achieve any and all PQVC targets.
Physical Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation):
Must be able to frequently lift and carry boxes weighing up to 35 lbs. for intervals of 15-30 minutes
Must be able to work at heights of up to 20 feet from the floor
Must be able to work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures
Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods
Basic Qualifications:
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
At least 1 year of warehouse operations experience is required
At least 6 months of forklift experience is required
At least 6 months of stand-up forklift experience is required
Top candidates will also have:
Intermediate proficiency (Basic skills/knowledge. Capable of functioning independently) inMach 1/SAPorder management systems
Inventory control experience
Basic mathematical ability
Auditing experience
Standard Operating Procedures orStandard Work experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent attendance record (no active disciplinary actions)
Additional Information: This is a 1st shift position (Monday-Thursday; 6 am-4 pm) located in Waco TX with the BAWA (BCP Assembly Waco Attachment) relocation assistance is available for this position. Must be able to work mandatory overtime on Fridays as needed to support business needs.
Summary Pay Range:
$17.65 - $22.90Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors job level market locationjob-related knowledge skills individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
