The Opportunity
The School of Biological Sciences is seeking a highly organised and proactive Teaching Technical Coordinator to provide high-level administrative and coordination support for its teaching strategies programs and initiatives.
In this pivotal role you will work closely with academic and professional staff to plan coordinate and support teaching activities across undergraduate and Masters-level units. You will play a key part in ensuring unit requirements are effectively managed teaching staff are well supported and operational processes run smoothly.
The Teaching Technical Coordinator also provides support to projects and events and undertakes a broad range of general administrative duties to meet the operational needs of the team. As the successful candidate you will have a high level of professionalism judgement and attention to detail you will provide timely accurate and practical advice to staff clients and other stakeholders.
