Job Description Summary
Service Streams Utilities division is currently seeking a HSEQ Business Partner to join our HSE team supporting the HAS Mobil Airport project. Reporting directly to the HSE Operations Manager Energy & Power you will be responsible for the prevention of injuries and illness by partnering with local business management and workers to maintain a healthy and safe workplace. Based in Tullamarine VIC and offered on a casual basis this position is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Coaching and advising management and workers on meeting their work health and safety duties
Supporting management and workers in the implementation of policies systems programs and initiatives and meeting local legislative requirements
Promoting a safe and positive work culture and role model safety leadership principles
Field inspections and investigations
Assist business management in continually improving the companys risk management capabilities
Providing specialist HSE advice in incident prevention and safety performance improvement
Support management in Return to Work Rehabilitation processes
Frequently travel within the region as required
