Job Summary
Buyer / Purchasing Specialist (Manufacturing)
Audubon PA Onsite

My client is hiring a hands-on Buyer to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role partners closely with Manufacturing Planning Engineering Quality and AP to ensure materials and services are delivered on time and at the best value.
What youll do:
Manage purchase requisitions RFQs and POs
Negotiate pricing lead times and supplier terms
Support vendor selection and performance management
Expedite orders and resolve delivery/invoice issues
Drive cost analysis and inventory optimization
Maintain ERP data integrity
What were looking for:
15 years of purchasing experience (manufacturing required; medical device preferred)
Strong negotiation skills
ERP experience (SAP/Oracle/JDE/Dynamics a plus)
Excel proficiency
