Application Development Engineer I (Test Automation)
We are looking for a talented Application Development Engineer to join our elite Factory Software Development this role you will contribute to the automation of manufacturing processes by developing systems and software solutions for electrical testing automated inspection robotic handling and equipment integration.
Your Responsibilities
- Creating and modifying test plans and test systems for microelectronics circuits
- Verification and validation activities documentation troubleshooting and performance analysis.
- Design and Development of complex test plans and test systems.
- Project management including planning and monitoring.
- Collaboration and mentoring manufacturing technician team members.
- Collaboration with cross-functional team.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing systems processes and practices to drive efficiency scalability and innovation
Your Profile
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelors degree in the field of computer engineering computer science electrical engineering or a related field.
- Knowledge of advanced programming languages and software tools for test automation.
- Knowledge of microcontroller and microprocessor-based systems.
Additional Preferred Knowledge Skills Abilities
- Masters degree in the field of computer engineering computer science or electrical engineering
- Experience in manufacturing test automation or a related field.
- Experience with C# software development
- Experience with robotics and machine vision
- Experience in electronic circuit design and system integration.
- Experience with Agile methodology and tools
- Experience in medical device or similarly regulated industry
- Experience in failure analysis and root cause investigation.
