Were looking for aShuttle Bus Driver who is reliable safety-minded and passionate about serving others. This is more than just a driving job its an opportunity to contribute to the comfort safety and happiness of our residents every day. We are looking for someone who has experience working with seniors and also has a desire to help with Life Enrichment activities when not driving seniors to appointments.
What Youll Do
- Drive residents safely and assist with transportation needs to appointments outings and community events.
- Attend to residents during appointments ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Maintain and clean the community vehicle keeping it safe and welcoming.
- Provide friendly respectful and professional service to residents families and staff.
- Follow all local state and federal regulations related to driving and passenger safety.
- Support other areas of the community as needed including activities front desk and dining.
- Address resident requests and respond to emergencies as they arise.
- Assist with minor vehicle inspections and ensure all documentation is current.
Who You Are
- Hold a valid CDL with a Class B endorsement (passenger endorsement preferred).
- Safety-conscious and detail-oriented with a clean driving record.
- Reliable punctual and committed to providing excellent service.
- Comfortable assisting seniors with mobility or special needs.
- Friendly patient and professional in all interactions.
