As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Cash Operations Transformation Team you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. Work with cross-function teams build key relationships and enable the product to continuously deliver value. You will work in one of the most dynamic areas of Financial ServicesPayments. You will help operationally support new products partner with the business to execute the Payments franchises strategy and enable stable scalable product delivery.
Job responsibilities
- Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies
- Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firms risk controls compliance and regulatory requirements
- Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
- Collaborate with the Product Delivery Manager to support end-to-end deliveryassist with impact assessments help identify and escalate blockers and ensure resources are aligned.
- Support the design delivery and change management of new services and enhancements ensuring compliance with risk control and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain awareness of business initiatives and client mandates to help manage the Payments Operations change pipeline.
- Assist in mapping current processes systems and organizational structures to identify opportunities for improved customer experience scalability and resiliency.
- Contribute to developing business cases and securing stakeholder buy-in for recommendations.
- Support process and tool enhancements through proactive reengineering to increase efficiency and resilience.
- Provide regular status updates to management and business stakeholders.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- 3 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area
- Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
- Experience in product deployment processes
- Experience in product management operations or a related field with a record of supporting successful outcomes
- Hands-on involvement in operational management change readiness and product deployment
- Ability to work with business stakeholders to support process improvements using technology and digital tools
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skillsable to collaborate across functions
- Logical structured approach to problem-solving and planning
- Understanding of controls risk management and compliance protocols
- Self-motivated and able to manage workload independently
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
- Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Experience in large-scale operations and transformation projects
- Skills in data analysis and manipulation to support recommendations
- Proficiency in Excel and ability to create clear presentations in PowerPoint
