Job Summary

Our client Jubilee Life Insurance Limited is looking for a Team Manager in Lahore.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team to meet performance targets and company goals.
  • Coordinate and oversee daily operations and ensure effective communication within the team.
  • Develop team skills by identifying training needs and organizing relevant workshops/training sessions.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and achievement.
  • Monitor team performance provide regular feedback and conduct performance appraisals.
  • Resolve conflicts and assist team members in overcoming obstacles.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with upper management and other departments to ensure a smooth workflow.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar management or supervisory role.
  • Proven ability to lead motivate and develop a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work under pressure.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business management or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using productivity software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with the industry and the specific challenges faced by the organization.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and the ability to adapt to organizational changes.
